Physical ,Spiritual ,Psychological ,Social all the aspects of life are interconnected, imbalance in one of the aspects can affect the complete well being of the person .

Some people thinks that Well being is directly depends of the wealth of person. More wealth .. More content or happy or complete state of well being can be achieved.

In fact wealth is not the fastest way of achieving  wellbeing. Various studies have proven that other aspects apart from wealth or financial well being has major role in complete well being of a person.

  1. How are you physically? fit? any ailment?
  2. Are you having enough sleep
  3. How is your diet ? balanced?
  4. Do you do any regular excercise? walking? jogging? running cycling, swimming , Badminton, tennis etc?
  5. Pursuing any Fun hobbies ? recreation ? reading? Music etc

Psychological:

  1. How is your mental condition?
  2. How satisfy are your from your work?
  3. How satisfy are you from your wealth?
  4. Healthy self esteem?
  5. Any stress?
  6. Ambitions ? If your goals are realistic?
  7. awareness of Purpose and meaning
  8. Positive Outlook

Spiritual:

1. Your beliefs about religion, spirituality?
