I like to do oil paintings, Kathak Dance, reading and travel with my family to various places in a world.
I am a member of The Rotary Club in Mumbai where I am involved in Rotary youth Exchange Programme in Rotary district 3140.
I was always interested in reading various articles on Wellbeing. I started this blog to gain knowledge implement on myself and also pass on this knowledge to my circle and community in a hope of benefitting anyone who reads this.
